Product Description: These quiet, smooth pulleys have a webbed door anchor & notched handles to allow easy adjustment to the length of the rope through the handle. Rope length can be quickly changed without tying and untying knots. Shoulder pulleys are a great, low impact way to improve range of motion of your shoulder.

Eccentric exercises for the shoulder are exercises that lengthen the muscles around the shoulder joint under tension creating an adaptation that improves; range of motion, mobility, strength, while decreasing discomfort/pain.
How to perform the exercise:
1. Sit in a chair with feet flat on the floor, facing away with the pulley that has been securely assembled in a door frame.
2. With hands lightly holding pulley handles, raise affected arm overhead with the assistance of the other arm (or push outward during lift) to feel a stretch.
3. Avoid hiking shoulder, they should be relaxed and down.
4. Then slowly lower affected arm for 3-5 seconds.
